Celina Samarakoon

These garments were created from a post-consumer quilt adopted from an op-shop. The jacket features an oversized collar with pleated binding along the collar and cuffs to create a frilly edge. The dress has a simple A-line skirt with dep V-neckline. The binding along the top, connects to the back, creating two straps combining into a twist down the spine. The buttons were created with the quilting fabric for a perfect match.
